Payment

To customers with established credit, net 30 days from date of invoice. Customers without established credit will be shipped C.O.D., credit card or cash in advance.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shortage Claims/Damaged Shipments

Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Damaged shipments must be noted with carrier at time of delivery and any hidden damage must be called into carrier same day of discovery. Squibb Taylor is not responsible for damages or shortages due to freight carrier negligence.

Warranty

Warranties as expressed by individual manufacturers will be honored.

Returned Material

No material should be returned for credit without Seller’s prior approval. Transportation charges must be prepaid. A restocking charge may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from invoice date and must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is provided to customer by Squibb Taylor.

  • 0-30 days no restocking fee.
  • 31-60 days from invoice date will have a 15% restocking fee.
  • Anything over 60 days from invoice date will have a 25% restocking fee. Parts credited will be at Squibb Taylor's discretion.

* Any parts over 180 days from invoice date will not be subject to return for credit.
* No Special-Order parts are to be returned for credit.

Taxes

Buyer shall be liable for all Sales, Use, or Excise taxes not included in total invoice price.

Special Orders

On special items we order that are not normal stock items, we cannot accept cancellations or returns and may require prepayment at the discretion of Squibb Taylor.
